Our help desk is readily available to support users with any issues that may arise after the implementation phase.

Your Priava Project Manager will keep in touch with you long after installation is complete. You can call them whenever you need and they will review the success of your installation after several months to monitor the progress of the project and to ensure you are totally satisfied. Should any issues arise from the installation phase, these matters are logged in our Customer Service database and acted on accordingly.

Our clients have access to a "Customer Centre", a special access area of the Priava website. The Customer Centre boasts several interactive support facilities including logging a fault with your system, user documentation, a knowledge base, news and articles along with software updates continually being modified and enhanced. Users are able to download files at any time.
