The Entertainment Venues Association of New Zealand (EVANZ) is the prime industry body representing venues in New Zealand. Their annual conference aims to “facilitate collaboration, enhancement of skills and development of best practice” and brings together more than 150 delegates from theatres, dedicated event centres, outdoor stadia and convention centres from all over New Zealand.
The 2017 EVANZ conference is being held at Shed 6 in Wellington. The program has been designed around a central theme – Inspire Excellence – with sessions focusing on business communication techniques, problem solving strategies, venue programming policies, social media tips, event partnerships, regional support and dedicated presentations for industry professionals.
