Opportunities & Quotes
New lead inquiries, recurring events, tentative and confirmed bookings can all be managed and color-coded in the Priava backend, including additional time for set-up and pack-down in between bookings. Various types of opportunities, such as full price, promotional discounts or reduced rates for charities can be set and managed. Quotes generated from Priava can be individually designed to your venue’s unique brand guidelines.
Staffing needs and their responsibilities can be assigned and managed in Priava, to get up-to-date running sheets and staff requirements per event, and across multiple events happening every day at your venue.
With the Advanced Reporting module, you can get quick insight into sales, costs, revenue and profits per event and across events. Access to these datapoints can be granted or denied on a per-user basis to ensure only relevant people within your organisation have access to these numbers. There are 40 different standard unique reports that come with the Priava core offering.
Priava comes with an email module to store client and lead email addresses and touch base regularly as part of your marketing campaign. Priava is GDPR compliant and your contacts can opt-in or opt-out of marketing messages from your venue. Priava also integrates with Mailchimp, Salesforce and SAP to send email out of these platforms to your prospects and clients.
Cloud-based file storage
Priava is hosted in the cloud on Amazon’s AWS servers, which ensures maximum uptime and access to your data and files anytime from any device. Priava is GDPR compliant and data is securely stored with SSL certification in place. Priava has data locations in the US, EU, Australia and Canada. Your data will automatically be located in the region closest to your venue location to increase speed.

The interactive chart gives you complete visibility of all event bookings in real-time, so that you are always up-to-date on availability and confirmed and tentative bookings. You can customise the type of event statuses and access and edit events in the calendar view. A conflict-checking feature ensures that you don’t have double bookings at your venue.
