We know how important it is for our users to be able to check availability and view the details of upcoming event details quickly and easily. That’s why we have added some new features to our core software, including a number of enhancements to our Chart and a brand-new Calendar.

Here’s a quick overview of all of the new features included in our latest release:


Using the Calendar, you can view your event bookings organised by date and time rather than by venue. This feature is easy to navigate with quick links to event records, so you can check availability, view upcoming bookings and create new event bookings on the go.

Just like the Chart, you can display or filter the information that appears on your Calendar. By creating customised “Views,” you and your teammates will always have access to the information you need in a format that is relevant for you.

Event Quick View

You can now open the Event Quick View tool straight from your Chart or Calendar. This pop-up window presents a snapshot of key event details, meaning you don’t have to open the event record to access relevant information about upcoming bookings.

Add Event Shortcut

You can now add new events straight from your Chart or Calendar by double-clicking on any available dates/times. This handy, time-saving feature aims to simplify event booking processes by reducing the number of steps/clicks required to add a new event.

Important Note for Priava Customers

Chart and Calendar are free inclusions for all customers, and you can start using these enhancements straight away. Please look at the Help Centre for more information. Alternatively, if you have any questions about the Chart or anything else to do with Priava in general, please contact your Account Manager.
