As part of our latest update, we have launched an Inventory Chart making it easier to view availability and manage bookings for your resources and equipment. In addition, our new Drag-and-Drop feature makes it easier and quicker for you to update the date and time of your events and venue bookings on the Chart & Calendar.

Inventory Chart

Our Inventory Chart makes it easier for users to manage bookings for things like audiovisual resources, furniture, equipment and other items by displaying real-time availability at a glance. All bookings on the Inventory Chart are arranged by Inventory Item and display the number of items booked versus the available quantity. This feature makes it easy for users to determine what items are available and when or identify when an item has been overbooked.


Drag-and-Drop is a time-saving feature that allows you to update the date and time of your events and venue bookings directly from the Chart or Calendar, rather than having to do it from within an event record. Simply click on the relevant event record on the Chart or Calendar and drop the event at the desired date/time to use this new feature.

Important Note for Priava Customers

Inventory Chart is only available for customers with an active subscription to our Inventory Module, whereas Drag-and-Drop is a free inclusion for all customers, and you can start using this enhancement straight away. Please look at the Help Centre for more information. Alternatively, if you have any questions about our recent release or anything else to do with Priava in general, please contact your Account Manager.
