Priava has added more features to organise your different venues and types of events and customise the personal preferences of your clients for an even better experience.

Advanced Permissions Module

With the new enhancements to the advanced permissions module, it is now possible to restrict which user groups can access which set of reports in your system. We’ve also optimised the event search and dashboard views to only include results for events that contain venues that your users have been given access to. This way an event planner’s interface is not cluttered by events and venues that are not relevant, and that person cannot make bookings or alterations for events outside of their scope.

Organisation and Contact Discount

It is now possible to apply a set discount percentage or a fixed dollar value against a contact and/or organisation – and the discounts can be linked to market sector. For example, you can now link a specific discount to organisations in the education or the not-for-profit sector. It can also be applied to all catalogue types or on a single category, such as venue rates or food & beverage. This way you can for example negotiate a free room hire for specific clients whilst catering remains at full price or apply an overall discount.

Additional Custom Fields

Finally, with the new custom fields you can add fields to a contact, organisation, event or opportunity to capture specific information on your client’s preferences and requirements. (ie: Cost Centre) These custom fields can then be used in the Priava reporting module.
