Mobile App – May 2021 Release

Following the latest release of our mobile app, it has never been easier to manage your events and venue bookings on the go. Including more features from our enterprise-grade venue & event management solution in a mobile-friendly format, you can now capture enquiries, manage your upcoming bookings and more straight from your mobile.

What has changed?

While the first version of our app allowed users to view opportunities and events, this latest version allows you to add and edit information on the fly, making it even easier to capture new enquiries and manage your upcoming bookings.

Here is what you can expect from the latest version of our app:

	Client Relationship Management Record and update client details from wherever you are working, and call or email them straight from your mobile. Add & find contacts and organisation records Upload files and link them to relevant client records
Convert Sales Capture incoming enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings Add & find opportunities Create and update quotes Convert opportunities to events and link relevant quotes
	Coordinate Event Bookings Create new bookings from anywhere, at any time and on any mobile and update event details like catering, inventory and venue rates on the go. Add & find event bookings Update event details including catering, inventory, venue rates and more Upload files and link them to relevant event records
Never Miss a Deadline Pop-up notifications will prompt you to action outstanding tasks. Plus, you can automate your workflows with Task Templates. Add & find tasks and, once they’re done, mark them as completed on the interactive task list Pop-up notifications remind you when you have outstanding tasks even when you aren’t inside the app, and these are linked to Priava so you can open and action them quickly and easily
