Our new Online Booking Module will be released at the end of the month and it includes new features and lots of enhancements to make your experience better than ever. Here is a sneak peek of some of the new features and all our recommendations to prepare for this most wanted upgrade!

Repeat Venue Bookings

The end user will have now the ability to handle recurring booking with ease by simply selecting and setting up the frequency directly on the Online Booking Module end user interface. This is ideal for recurrent events like court hire, weekly meetings etc

 

Upload image gallery to all catalogue items

Catalogue items now have the option to have a specific image gallery associated with them. For example, you can upload specific menu/plate images to your catering items, equipment images to your inventory, venue images to the venue and much more.

Priava Advice: Get ready for the launch by preparing a selection of images you would like to use for each of your catalogue items.

Catalogue Item, Delivery Time and Venue Allocation, Category Type Based Lead Times

You will be able to set a delivery time for each catalogue item independent of the venue booking time. For example, you will now be able to configure morning coffee to be delivered at 9.30am, lunch at 12.30pm and afternoon snack at 3pm whilst the venue is booked from 9 am to 5 pm.

You will also be able to define an order cutoff time for each catalogue item. For example, if you need to ensure food orders are received 5 days prior to the events, you can set food items to have a 5 day lead time whilst leaving a shorter lead time for other catalogue items.

Priava Advice: 

Start organising the following:

  • a list of your opening/closing times specific to each of your venues.
  • Your venues’ delivery time policy in relation with the different catalogue items.
