To help our customers speed up their booking processes, streamline payments and improve their cash flow, we’ve added a Payment Portal to our Core Software. This feature is available now* and does not require any pre-authorisation or approval – you can start using it right away!

In just a few clicks, you can configure your payment portal and Priava will automatically add a link to your invoices. Using this link, your clients can pay online via credit card and any payments made via the portal will be automatically linked to the relevant event in Priava.

If you’re using Online Bookings, this feature is an absolute game-changer. That said, for any customer not currently accepting bookings online, Payment Portal will also help you to:

  1. Reduced Data Entry
    Priava automatically records payments against the relevant event, which will save you from having to enter the financial information manually. As a result, you can rest assured the system is always up-to-date, and you can produce marketing, sales and profitability reports in real-time.
  1. Faster Access to Funds
    There aren’t any unnecessary steps involved in clearing transactions which means you can access funds in a short period of time.
  2. Easy for you and easy for your customers
    By enabling this feature, Priava will automatically add a link to your invoices which allows your clients to pay via credit card. So, there’s no more effort required on your end, and your clients will benefit from being able to make payments quickly and easily – win-win!
  3. Minimal Setup Required
    You can enable the payment portal at any time in Admin. There is no set-up cost or minimum spend to utilise this feature, Surcharges may apply. You can read all about this here (coming soon).

Important Note for Priava Customers

* Payment Portal is only available for Australian & UK customers at present. For customers outside these regions, stay tuned for further announcements and expected release dates.
