Priava’s reporting tool helps busy venue teams access critical information about upcoming bookings and business performance quickly and easily. Our core software includes a suite of more than 40 customisable report templates, and we have recently enhanced this tool to include a brand-new feature called Scheduled Reports.

Scheduled Reports simplifies the process of producing and sharing reports by allowing Administrators to:

    1. Automate the process of running reports
      While previously users could only run reports on an ad-hoc basis, now, using this brand-new feature, Administrators can program Priava to run your chosen reports on a daily, weekly, or even monthly basis based on your preferences.
    2. Share Schedule Reports via email
      Using Scheduled reports, Administrators can send reports via email to all relevant staff and stakeholders within and outside your organisation – you can even send reports to people who don’t use Priava. The great news is, there isn’t a limit on the number of reports that you can schedule nor on the number of emails that you can send.
    3. Automate Data Export using FTP
      Using File Transfer Protocol (FTP), you can automate data exports which can feed information into other systems you use across your organisation, e.g. accounting packages, marketing systems and many more.
