September 2017 Release – Online Bookings: Payments

Since releasing Online Bookings in July 2017, we have received an overwhelming response from existing and prospective clients who are eager to start using booking sites to capture and confirm their venue bookings. Through working with our clients to configure their sites, one of the things we learnt was that they also needed to be able to accept payments online at the time of booking and we are delighted to announce that Priava now accepts payments via our Online Booking sites.

Using Online Bookings, Administrators can configure their own chosen payment gateway which will be seamlessly integrated into their booking sites. This will not only streamline the booking process for end-users, it will also ensure efficiency and accuracy because all payments will be reconciled instantaneously.

We currently support payments via BPOINT which is provided by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Westpac. Additional payment portals will be added to our list of preferred suppliers as soon as possible.

Payment Gateways

Administrators can configure an integration between Online Bookings and their preferred payment gateway so that users can process payments straight from the booking site. This not only streamlines the bookings process, it also greatly improves efficiency and ensures all payments made online are reconciled instantaneously.
