At Priava, we value feedback from our customers, and we strive to improve our product and our services based on their suggestions. With that in mind, we are excited to announce the launch of our brand-new “Stay Signed In” feature.
Stay Signed In was designed in response to the needs of our customers, who wanted to streamline the process of logging into our cloud-based solution. Before our latest release, users had to manually enter their user name and password each time they wanted to access Priava. Now, by selecting the “Stay signed in” checkbox on the login page, users will remain logged into Priava for an extended duration – by default, the sign-in period is set at 30 days.
The great news is that, like most parts of Priava, this feature is fully customisable. Administrators can customise the default sign-in period to suit your business needs and disable this feature if required.
Important Note for Priava Customers:
Stay Signed In is free inclusion for all customers, and you will notice that the checkbox now appears on the login page. Please look at the Help Centre for more information on how to customise your Stay Signed In setting. Alternatively, if you have any questions about the Stay Signed In Feature or anything else to do with Priava in general, please contact your Account Manager.
