At Priava, we aim to protect our customers and their data using the most advanced security measures possible. With this in mind, we have recently released a security enhancement to Priava. As part of this enhancement, from Thursday, 6th May 2021, all users will be required to validate their email address.
What has changed?
Previously users could create a Priava account without a valid email address. Now, all users will be required to validate the email address connected to their Priava account to access the system.
- Restrict Unauthorised Users
This increased level of security ensures only authorised users can access your Priava account so that you can rest assured that your data is safe and that only relevant users can access the system. - Receive Updates & Notifications
Receive essential updates direct to your email address about system enhancements, new features and everything else you need to optimise your Priava subscription. - Send Emails from Priava
Once you have validated your email, you can send emails directly from Priava, making it easier than ever to share important information about your upcoming events and venue bookings with your clients and colleagues.

Priava User Validation is a free inclusion that you can start using straight away. Please look at the Help Centre for more information. Alternatively, if you have any questions about Priava User Validation or anything else to do with Priava in general, please contact your Account Manager.
